Built around the No. 14 shaft of Crown Mines, the city has been designed to give the feel of Johannesburg at the turn of the last century. You can also visit an original gold mine, which goes 220 metres underground or while away your time in the 24 hour casino.

Randburg Waterfront
This large man-made dam is situated close to Johnnesburg. The dam obtains it’s water from the River Jukskei. Randburg Waterfront offers an abundance of entertainment venues; a theatre, luxury cinemas, swimming golf, and water sports. For those looking to shop there are many stores as well as the flea market with 350 stalls.


Johannesburg Botanical Gardens
The Johannesburg Botanic gardens covers an area of 365 acres and captures some of the living flora of the world. A large lake runs adjacent to the gardens were windsurfs and fishermen can be spotted. The gardens are famous for their delightful walks and its 24 acre rose garden.
