Q When do I need to pay my balance?
 
A 13 weeks prior to departure on package holidays. Payment is required in full for scheduled airline tickets or holidays travelling within 13 weeks. You can make part or balance payments online using the Manage my Booking area

Q What are the child ages on scheduled flights?
 
A Child fares apply from 2-11 years inclusive on scheduled flights. Children under 2 are classed as infants. Infant tickets on long-haul flights are subject to a charge of 10% of the published fare and do not pay tax. Domestic flights incur a small fee however this is dependant on the route and airline.

Q How do I know if my child qualifies for a Free or reduced price holiday?

Q How can I change my booking?
 
A If you wish to change or amend your booking you will need to contact our Administration Department on 01709 720336. 

Q Who do I contact if I want to add something to my booking?
 
A You will need to contact our Administration Department on 01709 720336 if you want to add something to your booking.  They will be able to help you and advise of any charges which may be applicable

Q What baggage allowance do I have?
 
A All operators and airlines have different rules for baggage allowances, which are constantly changing.  For flights please refer to your airline and for holidays please see you tour operator terms and conditions.

Q What supplements might I have to pay?
 
A Certain tour operators/airlines make additional charges for accommodation under occupancy, flight supplements, security charges, ticket on departure charge, resort transfers, Excess baggage, In-flight meals, Pre-bookable seats, Taxes, SAFI (Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance), Room upgrades and Credit Card Charges.
I need help finding my holiday
  • Start by entering simple information about your destination and travel dates, together with departure airport into the search form on the homepage. 
  • If you already have a specific hotel in mind, or you know the brochure code you can enter the hotel name directly into the search form under the link “I know where I want to stay” alternatively enter the brochure code directly into the form under the link “I know my brochure code”. 
  • Your search results will give you links to information about the country, resort and accommodation to help you make your choice. 
  • There is a Guides section in the top navigation tabs to provide you with even more information to help you decide whether a destination is right for you.
  • To find your ideal holiday you we will need to have all your information ready including the size of the party and your accommodation requirements (for example self-catering or full board). 
  • Once you have found the right destination and the perfect accommodation you will be given a quote and if everything look right for you, you can book online there and then. 
  • If you find something you like but aren't ready to book yet, a quote reference number will be displayed. Simply save this number and you can then use this number any time you visit the site within the next 7 days and go straight to your chosen holiday.
  • The quote will refresh each time you view it to ensure you have the most upto date pricing and availability. Pease remember that prices and availability are subject to change and until a booking is confirmed there are no guarantees on either the price or availability.
  • If results are limited try to broaden your search. Change your departure or return dates. Try another departure airport, it may be that your nearest airport does not have departures to your chosen destination and, therefore, that destination will not appear on the drop down list. 
  • Once you have selected your holiday from the search results, you can book online with a credit or debit card which has a UK billing address, through our secure checkout.  You will then receive a confirmation email.
  • You will need to provide names and dates of birth of all the passengers, as displayed in their passports.
  • Remember to purchase insurance or provide details of any existing insurance
  • You must agree with the site and tour operator terms and conditions before completing your booking.  

I need help finding a flight
  • Flights are bookable 11 months in advance.
  • Select the Airport you wish to depart from and then type in the destination.
  • We search scheduled, charter and lowcost airlines to find you the best fares
  • We ask about how many children and infants are travelling as airline child fares apply from 2 - 11 years inclusive on scheduled flights, or 15 on charter flights. Children under 2 are classed as infants. Infant tickets on long-haul flights are subject to a charge of 10% of the published fare, and do not pay tax. On domestic flights infants are subject to a small fee, depending on the route

Tips to help you find the best fares:-

  • Make sure your trip includes a Saturday-night stay.
  • Try to avoid the busiest days of the week, such as Fridays.
  • If possible, don't fly at the busiest times, such as before 10 a.m.
  • Be flexible about airlines - don't specify a preferred one.
  • Try to use the same airline out and back.
  • Be prepared to go via another airport en route.
